My insurance company sent my vehicle to Rieser's after a piece of debris smashed the windshield. I was concerned about letting the insurance company pick the auto body shop, but it turned out to be a great find! The staff here are all incredibly kind and really care about the quality of service they provide.

This place is THEEEE BEST auto body shop in the entire universe! I've taken all of my cars to Rieser's after being severely damaged in one way or another. They do PHENOMENAL work! I never can tell my car was ever damaged!!!!! One of the technicians (Nick I think) was kind enough to buff out a few scratches on my bumper for no charge!!! I will go NO PLACE else for auto body work. This place is awesome!!!

I got into an accident an immovable object during a recent snow storm. My new 2017 SUV with a lot of technology mounted in the front bumper of my car. I visited 3 shops in the area to get an estimate and decide if I wanted to file a claim or repair on my own (DIY) with assistance (Painting Etc). This body shop was the only one of the 3 that popped the hood to investigate, and got under the car to inspect damage. The other two shops, the way they work is they evaluate surface damage, take a few pictures incase I decide to file a claim and move on. The way it works is they get you in for the repair, and then take the bumper off for further inspection then would let you know additional parts to be replaced ( or submit to insurance). This isn’t uncommon, it is likely more how the industry works in general. In most cases you don’t know how bad it is until you remove the bumper ( sensors damaged, wires impacted, impact bars etc ). But to give you perspective two shops quoted me $1800 and $2400, and Rieser’s found upwards of $4000-4500 ( some damage that would even require minor welding ) that was impacted by the accident. This was vital to me in determining if I could tackle the project myself or need to file a claim. The Tech also showed me specific parts that were damaged, prices of parts, gave me options for used parts, aftermarket parts, OEM, any flexibility I wanted if I were to try and tackle the repairs on my own to save some money. The picture I’m posting is the tech under my car with an iPad photographing the various damaged components both to explain to me and for an insurance agent if I decided to submit a claim to help expedite the process. I also explored some options for “repair now” to get me back on the road and perhaps repair some non-vital expensive sensors later ( adaptive cruise control module ). This particular experience is why I am going to have Rieser repair my car. After I got back home and was reviewing the printed estimate, I realized it was the president of the company I was working with, Steve Rieser! 😳👏 ** Update - Repair took almost a month instead of ~5 days, but this was due to some electronics work needed that the dealership and a struggle with my insurance company (SafeCo). The shop eventually worked everything out and I had a rental car the whole time. Repair looks great.

    Great work! Thanks!

Honestly I don't understand the bad reviews for this place. Overall my experience was great with this body shop. The before and after pictures speak for themselves. The car wash they gave was exceptional; I've never seen my rims so shiny before, even when I bought the car.

You might not be able to tell from the pictures but my car had close to $6k in repair costs (half parts & half labor) and was not driveable because it was overheating due to an accident little under a month ago. The process was relatively painless as State Farm and the body shop did everything behind the scenes. All I had to do was authorize repairs, pay the deductible, and pick it up. The only thing I wish they did better was I wish they provided regular updates to the customer via telephone, texts, or by using the State Farm website to post repair status. Regardless, the work looks great and I ended up getting my car 3 days early. Cheers!
