Kirk has helped us buy a house, sell a house, buy land, and find/negotiate with a builder. When we bought the house it was a very competitive situation and we only won because Kirk used some very creative offer/escalation strategies. We sold our house in 4 hours getting an offer significantly over asking price. Kirk used a timing strategy that maximized the potential buyer traffic thus maximizing the offers. The land we purchased, we got for below appraised value in a very high demand location in Delaware County. I remember Kirk walking us through the lot carrying a sword to clear our way through the brush. Bottom line is Kirk Douglass and Remax Leading Edge - The Douglass Group are very knowledgeable professionals who don't just put a sign in your yard, or do an MLS search, they are with you the entire process and do what's best for you.
