This was the second time we used Mattress Firm and we once again met with great customer service. Caroline was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She respected our budget and got us into the best mattress for us. We left feeling good about our purchase.

As soon as my mother and I walked in the door, Justin came straight to us and introduced himself and greeted us with such happiness and warmth as if he was welcoming friends into his own home. He made us feel relaxed with absolutely no pressure to buy. Justin answered all of our questions and concerns and was very patient with us as we went back and forth on some ideas. I really loved Justin's care free spirit. And the love for his job showed in his attitude and excitement the whole time we were there as he demonstrated different products and their features. Justin was extremely knowledgeable and knew how to obtain information right then. Even though I was basically going into Mattress Firm that evening just to look around and confirm what I may want to purchase within a few months, I was so impressed with Justin and the whole experience with that evening, that I went ahead and purchased the Purple 3 Hybrid mattress! Also, my mother was so impressed with Justin that she also spoke to him about purchasing the same mattress in a few months. I can not wait to get my new mattress! Thanks for all of your help Justin!! You're the best!

This is my second time buying from Mattress Firm. I still have the first bed and my friend (caregiver) is pleased with it. I get my new one this Saturday. It's the Purple with springs and adjustable bed frame. Both times the salesman were helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, not overbearing, but right there when needed. I am very pleased, recommend, and will use Mattress Firm again.
