(October 7, 2020, 8:50 am)Arena, a manager at Bob Evans, is consistently personable and professional. I've had breakfast there twice, recently. Both times, she was not only courteous and kind, she anticipated my needs in a way that made me feel like she knew me. That type of customer care is what brought me nah the second time (no exaggeration). I could see her smile through her mask! Also, Trish, the server who took care of me this morning has an amazing personality and made me smile several times just by being wonderful at her job and warm with her approach. These ladies made me into a loyal customer again. Thank you Arena and Trish!

(August 13, 2020, 1:54 am)This location has friendly staff! Our food came out hot and fresh. And the funny thing is 2 weeks before this we went to Outback Steakhouse. My food was good but they ruined my husband's steak. So they made another one and burned it too! Really you're a steakhouse!. Bob Evans was waaaaay better and cheaper.
