Jess at the front desk is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. My husband was treated by Dr Brien and Dr Michael for vertigo symptoms and I for normal adjustments. “Visiting in Columbus, and was looking for a local barbershop for a shave. Definitely glad I called - had a relaxing hot towel shave and head shave accompanied by great music and even better conversation. Highly recommend Mug & Brush to anyone looking for anything from a regular cut to a hot shave. Anytime I find myself needing a cut while in the Columbus area again, I'll be returning here for sure. And most important part first - M&B is doing a phenomenal job keeping things clean and comfortable for clients. As of this writing (24 Aug 2020) they are open by appointment only. I've been back twice in as many months and feel more than comfortable visiting (this from a man who gets a beard shape/trim, so that's saying A LOT). I'm excited to announce that since last year: 1) Mug and Brush is still SUCH an amazing shop that I had to come back 2) I relocated here from Florida and continue to return I'm not saying one caused the other, but if a barbershop *WERE* good enough to relocate for, it would definitely look and feel like Mug and Brush. From the decor to the attention to the back bars to the people that make it an awesome place to return to; this place is a Columbus institution. My S.O. was kind enough to treat me to a "manpering" and got me a gift certificate to return here, as she remembered how highly I spoke of them after my last visit. Thanks to her, Santana has given me 2 phenomenal experiences here in the past few months. I've had a number of hot shaves over the years, but none where I left feeling like a met a new friend - Enter: Mug and Brush. The owner (I believe) was there solo on my first visit, reviewed above, and I carried on a conversation with him like we were old friends. Santana has been no different; I instantly felt comfortable, chatting almost like we were acquaintances catching up after not seeing each other for 10 years. Her attention to detail is incredible; she takes more pride in her work than most people I know - and it shows. She also turned me onto a new beard oil/balm - The Bearded Pup - locally made just an hour and a half south of here. I'll have a review for them forthcoming, as well. Long story short, Mug and Brush - in all of the pieces and people that compose it - make a haircut an experience. And to any guys out there looking for a hot scalp shave - this is your place! 10/10, Highly recommend, will return.”

Each and every encounter confirms my belief that Dr. Marger is a talented surgeon, an exceptional ob/gyn and a caring professional. Many who post on this site state they "love him" what they mean is they love the "one on one" encouters where they are listened to and where an open and clear communication between patient and doctor occurs. Let's face it girls, it is hard to love someone who put you on the table with your feet up high. Each year I have more and different health problems. The important thing is to find a professional who has not only their field of knowledge but other knowledge, so they can refer you to the best specialist when you need a urologist, or a general surgeon say for a gall bladder removal. You want someone who has seen a variety and treated a variety of common and unusual problems. You might think you want a woman doctor, but what you want and need first is experience backed up with surgical expertise. Especially those of you due to deliver soon. I highly reccommend Dr. Marger and trust him explicity. If you need a C section, have an ovarian cyst rupture or any one of the crazy things that happen to women, skilled professional techniques are needed. Often there is no time for guessing, you need the right surgery done correctly. After four babies, and numerous surgeries I know what a great professional looks like and it looks and is Dr. Richard Marger.”
