  I have been going to Dr. Madan for 2 1/2 years since I got RA. She is an excellent listener to my concerns and needs. She follows up each visit with a summary notes of each visit which I really appreciate. I would recommend Dr. Ritu Madan.

  Coming here is like dealing with family. I have always been able to talk to the doctor to get my problems resolved and the care I need either over the phone, or in the office. My wait time in both the waiting room and the exam room is always short, not to mention it is nice to be treated well by a knowledgeable doctor and her staff. I feel like I get plenty of time to explain my issues without feeling rushed. If a treatment does not work, she will not give up until she finds one that will help.

  My CNP was clever enough to send me to Dr. Madan when some odd symptoms came up.
  Dr. Madan has been gentle, but also thorough. I do feel listened to & included in my treatment. She has a warm demeanor, and where I usually am very nervous with physicians, I have come to be quite comfortable with her.
  Also - I am usually taken right back at my appt time, which is unusual for a specialist.

  I've been seeing Dr Madan since 2008, long before she joined Mt Carmel, after being referred to her by my family doctor. She and her staff have always been readily available to contact with concerns, as well as to schedule an appointment with. Even though she joined Mt Carmel, and all of my other doctors are through Ohio Health, I stay with her for her wisdom and compassion. I feel as though I am visiting a friend, who I know I can trust completely. She looks at the big picture, seeing more than just rheumatology. I know my other specialists appreciate her concise, yet thorough office visit summaries. I highly encourage anyone seeking a rheumatologist to schedule an appointment with her. She is lovely.

  The whole experience is wonderful. Michelle is always so friendly when you check. She has all paperwork ready and organized. Kendra the nurse has been a part of my RA diagnosis since the beginning. She is so warm and caring always explaining things. And, Dr Madan is wonderful she has helped my through all of my question and concerns. She really listen to me as a patient and helps me understand what is going on with my RA. When I finish my appointment with in hours I have the notes from my appointment. This is so helpful to review after
