  Very happy with the service, last November I got (2)two new tires and an alighment. The alignment was spot on... Thanks to who ever did the alignment. I shopped 2 other tire centers , but they had the best deal at the time and I'm happy with the result, so I just bought 2 more tires from Bobby and got a great deal.... Thanks again

  After a storm ended up dropping a part of a tree on my roof which caused significant damage to my roof, I called Rugh’s Remodeling and Restoration to come out and help me tarp, determine the damage, and repair my roof! They were amazing! They helped me get my roof repair quickly and I am 100% satisfied!

  I have had my newly installed Rugh's Roof for three weeks now and I am happy to report that I have zero complaints with the installation quality. Zero leaks after several rain and wind events since installation. I worked with Jeremy to set up the install. He was very respectful during and adherent to CDC recommendations in our face-to-face meeting. He was easy to contact and responsive to questions I had during the time from inspection to install process; and he was very helpful working with my insurance company. The roof install crew was very prompt- they showed up at the exact time we were told they would be there. They did a nice job on clean up too- rolling a magnet across the yard multiple times to try and pick up and lingering nails.
  
  Rugh's uses the Owens Corning roofing systems. I had the Duration Onyx Black shingles installed (50 year rated shinle), along with a new ridge vent to replace hat vents. All new flashing was installed as well. They also assisted in installing the flashing for four new sun tunnels which I was installing in conjunction with the new roof.
  
  Overall they provided a smooth and low stress experience for what I would consider to be one of the major milestone house projects.

  From start to finish, Rugh’s took care of my every need and went the extra mile. After some storm damage I incurred, they worked with my insurance company directly and took that massive headache off my hands. The quality of the work was top notch! Additionally, Ethan, my direct point of contact throughout the process, was amazing. His dedication and follow-through surpasses my expectations. He even came out at 8:30 PM after the build to help get my satellite back up and running - that’s dedication to customer service!

  The roofers were on time in the morning, and finished within 8 hours. They were polite and they completely cleaned up the yard, bushes, and back deck of any roofing materials. The young man that was my contact was very helpful and courteous. The company took care of talking to my insurance company and the job was completed very quickly from the inspection to the new roof. I would definitely recommend Rugh’s!
