  Wanting to lose weight, release stress, feel your best and stay safe during COVID?
  
  I have nothing but positive things to say about Move Fitness Studio and the entire staff. I am a busy mom of three little ones (five and under) and a full time working mom. Like many moms, I had been wanting to get back into shape after I had my third baby but kept making every excuse as to why I couldn’t get to working out. I was feeling out of shape, exhausted and desperate for something to change. I met Dustin and he encouraged me to come in for a free workout, just to see if I liked it. No pressure. No strings attached.
  
  It was exactly what I needed. The workout was fun! I got direction on how to make sure I was doing the moves properly and I felt more confident that this is something that I could sustain.
  
  I have gotten stronger since starting there, feeling more confident in my own skin and I also love that the staff has helped me see the value in doing something for me. As a mom, I always want to make sure my family is taken care of first, but by me taking time to improve my health- I will be a better wife and mom for my family. I am less tired, stronger and more confident. My girls know I have to “go work out” and I love that I am setting that example for them.
  
  Thank you Dustin, Patrick & the whole team for helping me make this lifestyle change easy and something that is sustainable.

  Dustin, Patrick, and the rest of the Move Fitness Studio are simply fantastic! I walk in and am immediately greeted warmly and I know that today I'm going to get a little bit stronger, a little bit fitter, and a whole lot less stressed.
  
  Working out used to be a chore, one that I avoided like COVID, but these people WANT you to succeed, they truly are invested in your session. They make it fun, they make it safe, and they make me want to come back the next day.
  
  I sleep better, am gaining flexibility, and I know soon I'll be able to do that elusive, unassisted pull-up.
  
  Thanks Move Fitness Team, you're helping to make a better version of me!

  Facilities are very clean and well equipped. Trainers are very professional and very concensus about addressing personal needs. They also go up and beyond to insure that they are staying Corona free. I highly recommend this studio

  The staff are very kind and welcoming. I have only gone for the yoga classes, but Julie is a fantastic instructor! She's very patient and always makes me laugh. I look forward to attending more classes and meeting the different instructors
