(April 22, 2019, 4:38 pm)This is an absolutely beautiful community. Very spacious with open areas for activities and dining. Amazingly kind staff. I was happily greeted by receptionist which then offered me refreshments. Wait was not long to meet with sales manager. Prices are reasonable and you get a lot of bang for your buck. Everyone I met seemed to care. Rooms are very nice and they have a lot of activities and bus trips offered. Building looks clean...even the bathrooms. I met the Executive Director and she was nice and caring. I have chosen Brookdale Chestnut Hill for my loved Mom and you should too. It was extremely hard but the staff at Brookdale made it bearable to get though. Thank you for your warm hospitality and your caring spirit.
