Everyone we came in contact with was amazing! From front office to nurses...everyone. They are kind & caring. They helped get my husband prescriptions since we are from an hour away. We highly recommend White Fence

Amazing doctors, staff and facility. One year after replacement surgery, it's not perfect, but it's extraordinarily better than it was prior to. I have very little pain now, with both knees replaced, and I'm able to stand all day with no knee pain! I can walk without pain, etc. Incredibly blessing and I would highly recommend them.

My husband had double knee surgery. All went well. About one month later he had a stroke. Now both surgeries were over one hundred thousand dollars. So we receive a bill from them. But being tied up with his recovery, and me being off work and after pay a $2500 deductible we had to pay a little over three hundred dollars., or they would not see him. So I talked with Ashley and she set me up and was very sorry that happen. Now he goes in for his follow up appointment , its a new year and my husband is no longer on my insurance and they won't see him, now his follow up appointment.( his surgery was on the old insurance) We have to have authorize from his now insurance. So its very sad that they put your health before the payment. And the new insurance is Veterans insurance, Yes he is a veteran. The care and staff with his surgery was wonderful, but now that the insurances companies dictate the price and care of a patience, we were not told that we would have to have prior authorization, we thought it was already paid as a follow up appointment from surgery. So be aware, what turn out to be great with his surgery, right knee is questionable. I'm sure the VA will now take care of him and do a xray, and any follow up that is needed. We hate that this happen because we do really like Dr Berend and his staff. So make sure you take you check book. 02/19/2019

IT WAS MY FIRST SURGERY ever and being 22 with a trauma past i was petrified to have surgery. However the pain i was experiencing was so bad that i was willing to go through. I am over joyed that i went to white fence for my operation. I met all the nurses who were going to be in the operating room, along with the surgeon, anesthesiologist, and the nurses i would have before and after. It is very rare to get to say this (witwith g my past doctors ay other facilities) but if i said anything less than this i would be disingenuous...the staff and surgeons were, each and everyone, outstanding! By far the most love and least judgmental visits i have ever experienced. They made me warm, comfortable, and made me feel like a person. I left with hugs and great conversations with my nurses and others in other rooms.
Whilst getting up for the first time to walk after the surgery there was nothing but encouragement and smiles coming my way.
I left feeling overwhelmingly blessed by the staff and surgeon who, by the way, did a fantastic job on my lubar discectomy (Dr. Snook). I will, from now on, refer white fence to anyone who is in need. Still, just thinking about my experience i am joyful.
I wish i could remember all of my nurses names but if you had a patient at 6:30 for surgery on 1/11 and it was me, just know i am forever grateful for your kindness and love.
