(August 4, 2020, 5:39 pm)This company has outstanding employees who really care about people. I have to share my story...last night in pouring down rain, my windshield wipers quit working on 270. A mechanic, a young man, Cory went out of his way to stop to see if I was ok. After explaining my dilemma, he asked to take a look under the hood. He was able to determine the problem immediately and with no tools, worked to get me back on the road. I was worried about his safety, and mine as the rain kept coming, but he was determined to resolve my issue and was able to get me moving. I learned he does roadside repairs for semis! How lucky are those drivers to have Cory come to the rescue!? Please patronize this business as they have great employees who really care about people, I know I will call them should I ever need towed and will recommend them to anyone. Thank you Cory! (July 28, 2020, 2:55 pm)Looks like alot of mad people on the towing side. They made my day when i couldn't find anybody to work on my (semi) truck, they got it done!
Im talking got me in, took the old radiator out, put the new one in, and had me out of there before 10:30 on a Friday evening.
That is FN amazing to find at a truck shop now a days. Zac was cool as hell, a good ol boy that didnt screw around and got the job done! I tried at least 15 other places in the Columbus area. All of them said i was stuck till Monday.
The price was fair too. Dont let the 1st hour rate scare you. Everything worked out better then i ever thought it would.
Ill definatly give them my business.
(July 6, 2020, 12:40 pm)Called and had a heavy duty wrecker out within the hour! Awesome service and the driver was professional and understanding to my situation! Definitely will use them again, hopefully won't need to, but would call them first if I ever do! Also, the quote for my tow wasn't bad at all either, I saved almost $200 over going through an auto club!
