I called in my order for pick up and tried asking about what types of bread/sizes of bread were available to choose from and didn’t get the most patient or helpful answers. At the store I waited in line behind one gentleman who seemed to have also ordered pickup. The gal at the register was being “covertly rude” ie facial expressions of just not feeling it if you get me on that. She had a similar vibe with me but it seemed she just wasn’t having a good day as it didn’t feel directed towards me. So chalk it up to we’re human?
