Echo Hearing and their Audiologists have been most accommodating to my needs and concerns since prescribing my hearing devices. There is bound to be questions or minor issues and adjustments that are needed when you are new to all of this but they have always been quick to respond to my calls or emails, and when it was more convenient for me they have had me visit one of their other offices around the Columbus area.
