Northwest Oral & Facial Surgery

I had a lot of anxiety about being put under general anesthesia and getting all four of my wisdom teeth removed yesterday. The receptionist, Dr. Burton, the two amazing surgical assistants, and the recovery team were all very caring and compassionate. They made my experience as easy and painless as possible, and I am very grateful! I would recommend this office to anyone in need of an oral procedure!

I’m sure I’m not different than others when it comes to fear of getting teeth pulled. Everyone here was so kind and reassuring. They talked me through every step of the way. It was a Nice experience all things considered. I would definitely recommend choosing this business for any of your oral surgery needs.. to be honest, I am experiencing less pain than I anticipated.. truly thankful for that!

I am petrified of any dental work and this was the very best experience I have ever had. My appointment was 9am and the assistant came to get at 9. Took me to the OR and started the prep work for my extraction and implant. Pertinent questions were asked regarding my pre meds and ask about my surgery. The pick line was put in for sedation and monitors on both wrists. Dr Cook asked about a pacemaker because he viewed some different heart beats which was not a problem. The last I heard was apply topical and that was it. I woke up 30 minutes later and it was done! Met my wife in the recovery room and Dr Cook and his staff covered all that was done and post op care with scrips complete. Next day no pain or swelling and I feel great. I can say enough about the care, promptness, courteous, and professionalism of Dr Cook and his complete staff. In fact just got a call from his office checking on me. What a great experience and thank you Dr Cook!

This review is coming from someone who did not sleep a wink the night before the procedure :). I cannot tell you enough good things about my experience at Northwest Oral & Facial Surgery with Dr. Kennedy. I was on edge about my wisdom teeth extraction but Dr. Kennedy & the team took terrific care of me. I'm a self-proclaimed pain weenie and I truly mean it when I say that the recovery has been a breeze. I don't remember a thing from my procedure but I know that I was in and out quickly. I also appreciate the staff contacting me to follow-up on how I was doing. Thank you so much and if you are reading this looking for a place to do your wisdom teeth surgery, this is the place you are looking for.

Dr. Henry and his assistant Mickey were wonderful. I had to bring my elderly mother in for an extraction and they were kind and gentle to her. I would happily refer anyone to this practice for great care.
