My annual hearing check-up went very smoothly. Everything was sanitized so I felt safe. Dr Alston was so helpful with explaining all that is going on with my hearing. I recommend her practice very highly.

Thanks for connecting me to my world! Now I can hear real conversation without the "mumbles" from the middle frequencies of human voices. That was for all done before this twice annual checkup visit.
On this visit the volume control got reprogrammed so I could better adjust volumes near maximum, so now I hear even more of my world of sound communication and entertainment!

Dr Good and her staff have been most accommodating in working my scheduling needs. When my appointment turned into a scheduling conflict for me, they went out of their way to give me options that would work best for me, not them--great customer service. Of course my visit with Dr Good was outstanding as well. I can't say enough good things about her and her staff. Great job by all!!

Dr. Erin Good is better than good. She is excellent. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and courteous, she (and Amber) provided a very pleasant experience. When compared to larger offices that move folks through quickly, this smaller office with its relaxed atmosphere is a welcome change.

I was recently fitted with hearing aids at Professional Hearing Care Services in Worthington, Ohio. I’ve had several appointments for fitting and tweaking of my hearing aids. I can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Erin Good and her office manager, Amber. My experience has been extremely positive. They are both very pleasant, very caring and very professional.
