(October 28, 2020, 12:17 pm)I was solicited early in the afternoon and signed up and was able to have someone from Aptive come at the time provided. I received a phone call advising me that he arrived and when he was complete with service around perimeter and bait traps. Due to rain I was advised to call back to complete service in yard on a clear day. Aptive proactively scheduled follow up visit and I was able to conveniently accept via mobile app. Aptive comes seasonally and upon request.
