I am on the property management team at an apartment complex in Louisville and I worked with Jeanna to lease several of our apartments for one of their corporate accounts. Jeanna was awesome to work with! She was quick to respond to all emails, very detailed, and we were able to execute several leases and move-ins with no issues. An overseas move from Scotland to Ohio can be quite daunting. I had the pleasure of dealing with Beth Murphy who was an absolute star. Her attention to detail was superb and she went above and beyond to ensure I had smooth move to and that I had all the essentials at the new apartment. Very impressed and grateful with Beth and HSSA.

Oakwood/ExecuStay service is great, the staffs are very professional & accommodating. Especially thank you Nicki, Jess & Sue who always do their best to deliver the service.

My apartment (250 High) location is perfect, right located at downtown, overlooking the Columbus Commons. It's easily accessible by car (close to highway exit), free Cbus shuttle stop right in front of the apartment.

I have got a room unit facing the east side, marvelous unblock morning & evening view.
