  The people who work here are the most professional and wonderful people I have ever worked with. Since my crash in November 2019 they have been nothing but amazing. They answer all my dumb questions, call me every chance they can with updates and have had to deal with me pestering them left and right. I would give the company a 100 star review if I could. I’m never going anywhere else. These hard workers deserve an award!

  Simply Superlative. There are only 2 other shops in town I consider to be anywhere near this level. Dan has painted an Audi and a Porsche for me over the years and he is SO knowledge, kind and courteous. Without question your car will be in good hands.

  I was introduced to Achbach after I hit a deer with my 2016 Optima, I was not ready for the kindness that everyone showed me during the whole process of the claim and them finally totaling my car. When I went to get my final belongings out of the car Lisa from the front office helped me transfer everything into my rental and made sure I was ok with the final total from the insurance before she would release the car. Amazing customer service from start to finish. I hope I never have to deal with this again but if I do I will 100% return to Achbach.

  Such a wonderful group of people! Incredibly helpful answering not only my questions regarding their services, but even some that I had related to the whole process of car repairs, rental cars, and dealing with insurance.
  They came highly recommended and did not disappoint. The estimate process was efficient, yet thorough. I had to make an appointment for the repairs a couple weeks out, but it was worth it. The work was done a little early and my car looks as good as new.
  Everyone I dealt it was kind and honest, and incredibly patient with my naivety.
  Accidents and car repairs are always so stressful, so I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience they gave me.
