“They helped me pull an old Civic out of my front yard that I had been using for parts for another Civic. They came all the way to Vista and were extremely reasonable considering everything. The driver was also very cool, even when stuff started to go sideways. They were also the only company in North County I was able to find that was willing to pick up a vehicle without an engine. Although I no longer live in the area I would highly recommend them to anyone who is, and if I ever move back I will definitely keep them in mind if the need arises. This was months ago, and I typically don't leave reviews, but I just thought about that situation and felt they definitely deserved a 5 star review.”

“Alright I cant even begin to say how awesome this place and service was! I made an appointment and the time I wanted they didn't have but got me in as soon as they could. I had a noise when my car would start or would accelerate and I was expecting the worse. Come to find out it was just the hear shield and they didn't charge me at all for it. Like...WHAT?!? I wanted to give something but I didn't have cash but the moral of it all is that they were so upfront about what needed to be done. Very thankful. Will be bringing my car here from here on out! “After previously buying a Hoist from Salt Creek Offroad for a very competitive price, I decided to work with them to install an exhaust system. I gave them a budget, and my wishes, and they found a nice Cat Back exhaust that would fit my budget. It looks amazing, sounds great, and gave the Jeep a little more power, all for a very competitive price again. I am really happy with it all around. So it was a successful purchase & install. This all came about after I had shoulder surgery, and I had to have an unexpected second surgery around the time of my appointment, so I was going to have to cancel and reschedule. Nick at Salt Creek asked where I lived, and since we are close, he offered (and did) come to my house, pick up and drive my Jeep to work, install the exhaust, and then drop the Jeep back off. This is WAY above and beyond what any shop would do. I will be working with them from now on for all of my Jeep mods.”

“Pick n Pull is a great place if you're budget conscious or looking for something you either don't know the name of or can't locate. Staff are very nice, if you treat them with respect they'll treat you with respect. They check everyone's tool bag and have to be firm about their check-in process for liability issues, so don't get offended or think it's something it's not, I'd imagine dealing with people's flak about that on a daily basis has to be frustrating for them.”

Friendly, top-notch service is done by Floyd Bowsher (Manager) and his competent and reliable automotive mechanics and technicians. They don't drag their knuckles returning your vehicle within a reasonable amount of time or in returning your phone calls about the status of your vehicle--very unlike the major repair shop around a mile away. No bs from the AAA shop at 2400 Sobeck Avenue-- a little hidden in the NE quadrant of the intersection at Winchester Pike and James Road (follow the first long driveway on the right headed north from Berwick Party House, but well worth the effort to find it)...they're A-1! Very clean shop, neat office, plenty of parking. and complimentary coffee. Highly recommended. FIVE STARS from us!”
