They helped me both times while my car was down and I really appreciate the kindness and professionalism from the receptionist to the kind hardworking tow men that came to help ! They say an hour and they come in 25-30 minutes! I’m more than in love. I was nervous about towing my car from one side of town to another and I really only spent a decent amount for it to be moved so far ! Toyota direct wanted more for a diagnostic than this company wanted to tow my car across town for ! I highly recommend and be kind to the receptionist and the driver of the tow truck. They have an essential job that is harder than it looks !!!! I hope I don’t need a tow truck soon but if I do I’ll choose this company.”

“No pressure. Extremely efficient. Hans met us at the door and we mostly talked about rock climbing and dirt bikes. He worked his magic to get me a good lease deal and a couple hours later I drove home the exact car I wanted, after a thorough walk through of the vehicle. Everyone was nice and quick and easy to deal with. As a follow-up, I had my first service on the car. It was significantly cheaper than I thought it would be and they washed the vehicle. I was in and out in a half hour. Everyone was polite and the process was very efficient.”

My service rep was friendly and polite, yet not overbearing. UPDATE: I came in for an oil change and Braeden greeted me like family. He helped me know what I needed to get done and outlined my next visit so I could be prepared. I always have a wonderful experience at Germain Nissan. I expected to wait longer, but was finished before I could even get into my work. UPDATE: I went in for general maintenance and got my car in and out in no time. I was able to get home in time for a zoom meeting. UPDATE 2021:I went in because my lease was ending and I needed a new vehicle. Steve Mendoza took time with me to find the vehicle I wanted. Being practical, I usually pick black vehicles, but this time I was attracted to the brilliant blue on the new Rogue. He worked with me and my husband to get me into that vehicle at a price point I could live with. I have been with the Nissan brand since 2007 and have leased 3 vehicles through Germain. You never disappoint!”
