“I really like Dr. Balaloski. I’ve been seeing him for years, and he truly cares about his patients. I had to see another OB/gyn for a year or so due to an insurance change. But when my insurance changed back, I went back to Dr. B. He took my screaming in his face when I was delivering one of my children in stride. For another delivery, he left his office appointments one morning to do my unscheduled c-section because I unexpectedly went into labor. And then he checked on me in the hospital in recovery the next day. He is a great people person with kind and lighthearted bedside manner. He presents the facts and let’s the patient make her own decisions. I’ll be seeing Dr. B until he retires!”

“Claremont Retirement Village was where my stepfather lived the last few years of his life. While he resisted leaving his longtime home, in his heart of hearts he knew that he could no longer care for himself and his home. He lived in the Independent Living area and grew to love his spacious apartment. Even with his profound hearing loss he enjoyed the camaraderie of the many friends he made. One of the last activities in which he participated was the Veteran recognition program that was held on Veterans Day. While a humble man, he really enjoyed and appreciated the recognition. The excellent caring staff put my mind at ease knowing that if he fell he would be swiftly helped. After his death I was so touched by the many expressions of sympathy that I received from the staff and the residents alike. If you need a caring, comfortable, and reasonably priced home for your aging loved ones, there is no finer choice than Claremont Retirement Village!”

“My son was struggling with reading in Columbus Public Schools. They were not identifying the issues so my son was lost. My mother suggested I get an eye exam which I thought would be just a routine exam. After researching our options a colleague of Dr. Cara said she would love to see my son but thought it would be better to go to a specialist she knew. She referred me to Dr. Cara. Dr. Cara scheduled me in the very next day after I called and evaluated my son. He had tracking and alignment issues. I had never even heard of such a thing. She was very patient explaining to me how the process would work with eye therapy. Over the course of three months my son completed a vision therapy program with Dr. Cara and we would do the therapy at home between sessions. At the same time I switched him out of Columbus Public to Upper Arlington to get even more help. He was two years behind in reading until we met Dr. Cara. With her support along with the Upper Arlington school system in under a year my son is now at grade level! What a relief and without Dr. Cara and her passion for her work I am not sure I could have done all the hard work we did with the therapy. My son is now a more confident reader and a happier child! She’s a great doctor but also a fabulous person! I highly recommend Dublin Vision Development!”

Kate the hygienist was amazing and I had no issues or any sensitivity during or after my cleaning. I appreciate an office that doesn’t push treatment unless it’s absolutely necessary. There are a couple areas that I have that we’re watching where as other dentists said I needed treatment right away. Definitely found my home dentist.”
