“The manifold on my F150 was broken. I called all over the City to exhaust shops.. Nobody wanted to do the work on my vehicle. Finally Mad Hatter said they would look at it. When Mad Hatter said they couldn't do the repair, I was bummed out. This place was recommended by Mad Hatter. When I arrived for my appointment, I was impressed by the customer service and how pleasant the folks were. But I never imagined my experience would be so great. My truck was repaired the same day, and didn't cost anywhere near what I expected to pay. All of the horror stories were put to rest, and my truck is running better than it was when I bought it. “I was a little iffy about Dr. Taylor after my first visit. Even though he was very nice He did seem to spend more time talking to the student he had come in with him. My first appointment went very fast and I thought I was just going to be told no you don’t have what your doctor sent you here for, have a nice day! He did say I didn’t have Spinal dystonia, but he suggested trying botox for my neck pain and headaches. He informed me that we can try it and if I see a difference, even a little bit then we can adjust the medication and continue. If they didn’t help then there is no reason to continue putting medication in you if it doesn’t work. I really like that, it wasn’t like all these other doctors trying to get you to come back just for my money even though they know it’s not working. So I went back for my second appointment and he was alone this time. He explained what he was going to do and what muscle he was injecting. The big thing for me is that He doesn’t give you medicine/injections unless you feel that it is working and only then will he continue. He doesn’t want me to continue just so I can help pay his bills, that was huge for me. I will continue to see him and hopefully these injections will help. I will be forever grateful as I have been suffering with pain for over 27 years. I feel you won’t going wrong with seeing him.”
