“A++ for inclusivity I really enjoyed my first class here and my sister in law did too! The instructors were so friendly and greeted us by name when we came in the door and had towels and yoga matts ready for us when we arrived. I was one of the heavier people in the class but not once did I feel singled out or judged. From the greeting to the end of the class, I was treated like every other experienced class member and that meant so much to me. I wasn’t singled out and that’s exactly what I am looking for. I loved how the instructor provided motivation in the class by focusing on feeling your best and overall health. Although it is a personal goal of mine to lose weight, the way the instructor focused on feeling healthy made me more motivated. All of the instructors were supportive and not antagonizing and sometimes that can be hard to find as an overweight person. I look forward to taking another class. The atmosphere was greet, incredible workout, and I loved the heat. I will be coming back for the inclusive environment and look forward to working towards the healthiest version of myself with Engage!”
