“Discount Drains was great to work with. We were having issues with the sink and tub drains in our bathroom. They were able to provide a free estimate using video chat and were able to come out the same day. The tech was very professional and was able to get the drain running. He let us know that unclogging would only be a temporary fix since our pipes were galvanized and corroding from the inside and would eventually need replacing to prevent more clogs. They were able to provide an estimate on the spot for replacing the pipes. We had them come back to replace the pipes and the techs that were out were great. They were on time, explained everything they would be doing, showed us everything they did once they were finished and were very polite and professional. Both experiences were very positive and their prices were affordable. I would definately use them again and would recommend their services.”

“I had a backup in my basement the evening of the Ohio State-Michigan game. I tried calling several companies and not many answered. I reached Rooterman of Columbus and they were on another call and said they could come by late that evening or first thing next morning. As the flow of backup had slowed I told then the next morning would be fine. They showed up on time, fixed the issue, and were very reasonable considering it was a weekend service call.
