“I have rented several storage units at Public Storage over the last 20 years so have experience with many of your property managers. Most have provided good service, but over these years Arlene at the Arlington Centre location has been the very best. She has kept me advised of new units available when we needed extra space, made sure things were fixed asap, such as a bulb out, doors that required lubrication , or even getting rid of wasp nests etc. She is there when the property opens and stays until it closes, informed us if we forgot to lock the unit or left the door open. She is one of those special employees that always does things right. I feel more secure when she is on hand. You need more Arlenes at all your facilities!”

“This is the place for nexen tire, don't go all the way down to the guardshack that's for a different place, check in door 14, had me loaded fairly quick but they make you help count the tires and they don't give you a seal so if they didn't put a tire on or somebody steals 1 out of your trailer I'm sure the driver would get blamed so be careful, other than that nice people and lot was plenty big enough”

“Everyone involved with our move was pleasant, respectful, and careful with us as homeowners and with our belongings.We shipped 2 vehicles separately which was pretty stressful but the ee ward people were very supportive and made sure everything went smoothly. There was very minor miscommunication about items we could not move which added unexpected cost but in general everyone was super responsive and eager to do a great job. I have already recommended this company to friends moving later this year!”

“Tom is a genuine business man who has unbeatable rates. Will give you the shirt off his back if need be. Gives free air for tires, etc. & always keeps his grounds/buildings clean. Has numerous locker & lot sizes, and assures you there are clean and in good shape before you rent. No hidden fees, no start up fees, just a flat rate. Only asks for a 15 day notice before move out. He is truly an honest and forgiving man, he often waives late fees. The office is magnificent, nothing like it, and he is friendly as all get out, and you will often find yourself spending a good hour just talking about life. You will never find a place close to like this, and never find a man who runs such a good and honest business.”

“I keep reading all these reviews where people praise Leaders, but unfortunately, we did not have the same experience. Make sure you have a good list of what items you have. We had moved twice in 3 months, so our list was not complete since a lot of items we didn't remember/see when we were creating our list, so the items that weren't on the list were not taken - which I 100% get. It was just unfortunate that they couldn't take them and adjust the price for them. Several of those items were larger and wouldn't fit in our cars, so we had to hire another company to come back out and move the rest of the items. Also, within the first two loads of boxes being taken out, one of the guys (I think he was training) dropped several boxes and it didn't sound good. My husband witnessed it, we aren't unpacked yet - so we don't know if anything was broken. I am hoping everything is in tact! The crew themselves were very nice, personable, and hard workers. They moved my husbands gun safe with no problem and got it to our new home safely. I understand the business model of Leaders, and I'm sure if we had estimated better, it would have been fine. It was just taxing to go back to the rental house and see all of the items left behind and trying to figure out how to get them moved.”

I never write reviews but she was helpful and I left with a smile on my face and that's everything you want from a customer service experience! The facilities themselves are great and very clean. I leased a unit for the last 8 months and the contact free nature of setting it up and accessing it made it very convenient. Plus the flatbed cart in the complex saved my back! “From start to end my experience with Zippy Shell was fantastic. I worked directly with David, the owner of the Zippy Shell Columbus, OH franchise, and that was the way to go. He dropped off my shell (1 hour West) himself with ample notice. Pickup after loading was right on time. For a long distance move (1000mi southwest) my shell arrived EARLY to the local arrival warehouse, and in perfect condition to my home. I also used the unloading support option. The team was able to correct an initially wrong drop off scheduling to an on time drop off of my shell using the 3rd party company College Hunks. Both employees from College Hunks were professional and efficient. I would use Zippy Shell again.”

I did have an issue where water was leaking under my sliding door; but, after calling with the issue, they got a repair person out to me and my problem was resolved. I love my shower!”

He was very open and honest with pricing and products and even went as far as upgrading our wheel lights for the better ones because they were on sale. He was very knowledgeable and courteous.
