“I didn't catch the name of the person at the desk today 8/29/22 when I moved out but she was the sweetest lady. I never write reviews but she was helpful and I left with a smile on my face and that's everything you want from a customer service experience! The facilities themselves are great and very clean. I leased a unit for the last 8 months and the contact free nature of setting it up and accessing it made it very convenient. Plus the flatbed cart in the complex saved my back! Matching 17y/o cabinets was beyond easy. Custom cabinet maker or re-face everything to match. Oh No! Staff member took our phone call and found what we were looking for in a cheaper option. Still ALL WOOD! Not that particle board stuff they do not carry. We went in 2 days later and were immediately shown to 3 in stock. She cut open boxes until she found one without any imperfections. Paid for it. Offered a military discount. Now we have 3 weeks for the contractor to pick it up. Ordered the roll out shelves. It’s going to be a fine appliance garage. If you don’t at least walk through the store to see the savings they offer, you will be doing yourself a disservice. #UpCloseSavor XP”

“I don't shop at these stores, just never have. I did take in some bags of clothes and shoes to sell. Took about 15 minutes. They bought a dozen or so items, if I remember correctly, at about 2 dollars an item. I wasn't expecting much, and it was headed for donation in the first place. I was happy with the service, turned essentially nothing into something. You can't expect them to pay you what you feel your stuff is worth, new or used. Just because you liked it and bought it , doesn't mean someone else will. If you're going to sell, low expectations= not disapointed, and can leave you open to being plesantly surprised. Just because some Youtuber makes big bucks doesn't mean you will.”
