They say an hour and they come in 25-30 minutes! I’m more than in love. I was nervous about towing my car from one side of town to another and I really only spent a decent amount for it to be moved so far ! Toyota direct wanted more for a diagnostic than this company wanted to tow my car across town for ! I highly recommend and be kind to the receptionist and the driver of the tow truck.
