If you allow them to take your car there it does not cost anything for you to do it at that time the young lady at the service trailer was very helpful and kind. She told me on the phone but if I had a lot of stuff I needed to bring something cart it out with. This was important to me”

My first trainer at Lifetime did not have good communication skills and he did not watch me to make sure I exercised correctly. And he looked at his phone during training. Very disappointing. However, I know have an excellent trainer who communicates well and is so careful making sure all my joints are protected during work outs. His knowledge is shared with me and he is 100 % devoted to his clients.”
