“We initially came to Ricart Kia to test drive the Telluride "S". All sales associates were busy, so someone immediately called for additional help. Robert Peabody ultimately answered the call. It was clear from his greeting and body language he was less than enthused to be working with us. An example of this would be when we asked him to tell us the difference between the "S" and the "EX", and his response was for us to read the sticker, "all of the differences are there on the sticker". This was particularly frustrating as there were features of overlap in the section that he pointed out for us to read, so our question was never really answered. We test drove the Telluride S, and made the decision that we were likely to purchase but that we would not be doing it with Ricart based on the poor service we had received from Robert. Prior to returning to our car we were introduced to Jeremy Harr. When we shared what we were looking for he insisted we come back to the lot and look at the Telluride EX. He walked us through the differences between the "S" and the "EX" and we were certain by the time we were finished that we were going to buy a Telluride EX. We werent sold on the color initially and made the decision to take the evening to look up the inventory in Columbus online. We ultimately made the decision to return to Ricart and purchase the EX that Jeremy showed us. Our experience with him was amazing from start to finish. Make no mistake, Jeremy saved this sale for Ricart.”

“First time order, hungry for ribs!! Got a full slab, sauce on the side and two side-items. The BBQ sauce 'spicy' was perfect for being a great dip or slathered on! The meat was TENDER and VERY VERY SMOKEY flavored! My sides were 'typical' portions, of like 3-4oz containers. I had the Mixed Greens...VERY Sweet/Vinegar flavor and well cooked down to a tender bite. The other was homemade potatoe salad! Eggs, red potatoes, in a delicious sauce that was so well liked and smooth on flavor. It was a 35$ meal. Was it 'worth' it? Maybe 3x a year when I'm craving and cannot wait for my own, yes. The location is a 'food truck' style outdoor facility with a covered table area if it should be too sunny or rain. It's not a corporate chain and has a great vibe to it. I will be back and hope you enjoy.”

“I’m from Cleveland, home of the mom and pop eateries. Since uber eats won’t bring me a fried fish dinner from Cleveland, Eddys will have to do. I had the chicken and fish combo. Chicken seasoned well with light breading, next to my fries on a couple slices of wonder bread. The whiting was seasoned well, not too much cornmeal in the batter, very good flavor. My only issue is, the fish was cooked a little too well. So what did I do? The following week I ordered the same dish again, expecting the fish not to be over cooked, but it was. Moral of the story, I enjoyed the food at Eddys will definitely go there again, but next time ask them not to cook the fish well done.”
