It's a big change from another veterinarian we had when we lived in another state, who left us with more questions than answers and often did the bare minimum to provide comfort and care for our pets. • I also like the messages on the letter board out front. People who are happy make others happy, and that board is fun to look at when we pass by. It shows you enjoy what you do. •They also enforce face mask rules here and I am greatly relieved by that as well. But previous to that if a reading was missed a card was left on the door with instructions on HOW to temporarily resolve the matter until the next reading. Never had a problem.”

“We started my son at this dentist at about 18 months old. Staff was extremely good with him and all other kids around him. When we moved about half an hour away, we switched to another (much closer) pediatric dentist assuming we would get equally good child-friendly care. The staff at the new dentist could not even compare, and for a pediatric dentist office they were terrible with kids. Just because you have cartoons on the wall does not make it a kid-friendly service. After a year the new place, we were fed up with the poor interaction with our son and just recently switched back to Hines Little Smiles. The 30 min drive is more than worth it to have my son comfortable and in the care of staff who are genuinely good with kids. Thanks Hines!”

“During the recent heat wave I purchased a garden cart on line, knowing that it would need to be assembled. When assembly was 99% complete I discovered a manufacturing defect. I was drenched with perspiration, exasperated and polite when I contacted Customer Service and asked that the defective cart be replaced, assembled and delivered to my home. The first person I spoke with did not have authority to do all that I asked, but she agreed to escalate my request. The person I next spoke with and I were able to work out a satisfactory plan. He would arrange to have this store accept my return and provide an assembled replacement. He even gave me his name and extension. William, the manager at the store, and Steve at the Customer Service Desk did a fine job, despite some complicated paper work. As a disabled vet, I really appreciate Home Depot and the fine people that work there.”
