“I took my daughter's laptop here over a year ago when it crashed on her while doing her college assignments during the Pandemic when most places were closed. I called and spoke with Mr. Stan, who is the Father, and was very nice and calming to talk to, then my daughter and I brought it in to their office the very same day and dropped it off and the very nice son, Mike, assured us he would get it fixed asap so that she could complete her assignments in time. They also gave us a 10% student discount. They made us feel like they "cared" and I really appreciated that!
