Was quick and easy. You don't even go in and sit anymore. They give you a 2x2 square to stand on while they do everything

Very helpful, my 1st stop 07/12/22 echeck the wrong vin # was used, so I had to make another stop. The error was because my driver's side door had been replaced. They were extremely patient and helpful. Auburn Rd. Chardon Oh.44024

I have to commend the employee who took care of a problem that the car ahead of me had. It was one of those cars that shuts off when it stops, stupid option on newer cars, it would not turn back on during the test. He knew what to do and got the line moving. Of course i was in a hurry and thought I was not going to get back to license bureau at 5 o'clock. But he saved the day, unfortunately I don't know his name. But all 3 employees were very helpful and polite.

Services have improved over the years but it still doesn't seem like it's necessary. Employees were helpful and took care things quickly.

I had to have an E-check done, I was dreading it, as I figured it would take forever. Jeff was amazing he had me in and out In under 10 min AND he answered all my questions so politely. This location is a great one to consider if you need to get one done, they have great people working here.
