I always have great experience here. Like shopping for food and essentials that I need & picking up my medicans too.

Vernon the pharmacist personally helped resolve an issue I had with pre-authorization with insurance. I appreciate this fact and want to continue doing business with him but the negative attitude from the young lady at the drop off and pickup window is growing tiresome. ** Update.. I have not seen the young lady who was unpleasant in the last few months, the people working the window now are always pleasant and personable 😊

Moved here 20 years ago, & was first introduced to Drug Mart. I was floored-1 store with basically EVERYTHING. It's still my "go to" for things I can't get with Amazon Prime. The pharmacists are 100% hands down THE BEST. Vern for the past 15-18 years, and Lindsay who was new over the past year and despite my initial wariness 😂 quickly won me over as well. They are the best I've ever known, and like Wilma Smith repeatedly sings their praises 😊, she's 100% correct.
