I was able to do almost everything online, including obtain the needed medical records for Dr. C to review. The education & online test were really eye-opening & informative. I felt more certain than ever that my primary care physician had made the right decision to send me for medical marijuana. When I got in there for my actual first appointment, I found the office to be clean & the staff friendly & efficient. Dr. C did not keep me waiting, she was in with me in just a very few minutes. She clearly had actually **read** my information that had been submitted online & she asked questions that were not in any way "generic" or cookie-cuttered & which related directly to me & my medical conditions. She spent a considerable amount of time with me as well -- this wasn't a 10 minute in & out deal. She may not have known me when I walked in the door, but she definitely knew my case & she got to know me during that initial appointment. I cannot recommend the practice enough & Dr. C herself in particular. A very daunting & lengthy experience with a ton of hoops & procedures was made as easy as possible & I knew when I walked out of the office that this was indeed a sound medical decision for me & my particular case.
