After a horrible experience with a big box store and their totally incompetent workers we decided to go with McSwains. What wonderful people to work with. The installers knew what to do and communicated through out the service

Lee was very helpful and knowledgeable. With his help, I was able to quickly narrow down my search and choose the right carpet for my home.

My husband and I have been fighting about the flooring in our house for years. I finally went to McSwain armed with absolutely no idea what I was doing and happened to run into Lee Jones. He was super friendly and patiently answered all my questions (I had a lot!) He was very professional and gave me honest and reliable opinions. He followed up but never pressured me and coordinated getting our rooms measured quickly (that experience was also fantastic and easy). He carried samples to my car for me and was relaxed but informative through the whole process. I would 100% recommend if you are looking for an easygoing, knowledge, honest person to work with go to McSwain on Beechmont and ask for Lee to help you.
