The staff at this agency is so incredibly professional, fast, and friendly. Anytime I have a question they answer it within minutes. They are extremely responsive by phone and email.
I have had Rick as an agent since I got my license - my mother's policy is with him and I spun off onto my own once I was old enough. I have never had a bad experience and Rick has done small, personal things such as sending cards at the holidays that make you feel he cares about customers individually. Even though I don't live in Cincinnati anymore, I have kept my policy with this office because I know they do good work.
Recently I totaled my car and when I needed to replace the vehicle on my policy, was unable to do so through the State Farm app. I was worried about driving around without the new car on my policy while the change was pending, so I talked to Kiersten at this office and she assured me that I would be covered anyway. When I called back with the VIN, she was extremely pleasant and efficient, and made sure I had everything I needed before ending the call (including emailing me an updated temporary ID card while I wait for the new one in the mail).
While I typically prefer to do things online, working through the people in this office was a positive experience and I would not hesitate to do so again if I needed.
