  Forest Hills Care Center is a wonderful place for rehab after surgery! The staff ( including the awesome Therapy department ) is always friendly and they take great care of their patients !

  forest hills care center has been a god send for my family and i. when it first opened my father in law had to be admitted several times and he couldn't have gotten better care. so when my mom needed a place for variety of reasons we immediately thought of forest hills. and then my dad needed care after heart surgery. yep forest hills to the rescue. i actually feel the caring when i walk into the building. everyone there from the folks who serve lunch to the laundry staff has been more than kind and understanding not only of those family members who stay there (be it for rehab or a forever home)but of all who come to visit. a little over 4 years ago my mother was admitted as a permanent resident. the respect she was shown was incredible! the level of care amazing! she passed away after about a year living there.....and now i have my father in while he is undergoing chemo. there nowhere else i would feel good about placing him....i go home at night and KNOW he is cared for! well cared for! thank you to ALL the staff (especially ally) for their availability and patience when i need them and their care of us ALL!

  I cannot express my gratitude for this wonderful facility and every single member of the staff they employ. They have been a true blessing in our life to provide the care, therapy, assistance in getting my mother well enough and strong enough to come home. There are so many staff members to thank I cannot list them all. This facility goes above and beyond to care and provide for the patients. All facilities should use this one as a model. If I could rate them a 10 I would. They welcome family members and made us feel so comfortable the entire time we stayed by my mothers side. Thank you, bless you and let me say every nurse was awesome. Here is just a few of you I hope get to see this and spread this review. Therapy, Kala, Sarah, Doug, Erick, Zach, Lakasha, Stacy, Nurses, Lynette, Tonya, Pam, Marrissa, Josh, Jessica, and each and every one of you I haven’t mentioned, Aides, Jody, Kim,Debra, Daniel, Terry, Michelle, Gloria, Shanon,and every aide I haven’t mentioned, house keeping, kitchen cooks and servers, front desk, Sandy and the evening girls, Social services Kala, every one in the front offices are more than great and helpful, there are so many I can’t recall all their names. Carrie who handles activities and her side kick who taught me to make fudge. I cannot rave enough about these people or facility and will be visiting every center in Houston when I return to try to turn facilities there into ones like this so there can be better facilities everywhere for our precious elderly loved ones.
  I absolutely love and appreciate all everyone here did for us and hope all have the best of holidays. The owner deserves more then 5 stars and should be proud of what they have accomplished. If anyone reading this is looking for the best place for a family member take my word this is where you would want them to be. God love them all they are truly the best of the best.

  My husband and I have been in several Cincinnai area care centers. Forest Hills is by far the best. The care is excellent. No long waits for nursing or aide attention. It is clean. The food is good. The accommodations are very pleasant, and best of all my adult children enjoyed visiting and bringing their children..
