  The staff at Salem Woods is to be Commended for all of their hard work and the support they are giving to their Residents and Families through these trying times. Every person our family has came into contact via the phone or emails, with has been pleasant and helpful. It takes special people to be so caring. Lets also mention they really have done an amazing job keeping everyone safe and healthy and have remained COVID-19 free!! WELL DONE!!! They have also received a deficiency free survey for their Infection Control, that is conducted by the State Of Ohio Health Department. This makes my family and I have a peace of mind knowing our Loved One is receiving excellent care!

  I have worked at Salem for twelve years, I love it here and have no plans to leave. My own mother had a bad fall and was in hospital for a week. I brought my mother here for rehab and a week later my mother was home with us.

  I’m very pleased with the overall care my aunt has received while at The Residence at Salem Woods. She enjoys the Friday Happy Hour and all of the activities planned for them. She enjoys the shopping and dining trips, they attend throughout the month.

  Salem Woods is such an incredible place. Great staff who have all been there a long time and enjoy caring for their residents. The building is clean and safe and the food is great :) Tons of great activities and admissions are made easy. Highly recommend!

  When my mother was admitted to the facility, I had a mixed emotion of feelings. We knew this was the best option for her but we just didn't want her to feel like we dumped her off in a home. After the first day there I knew we made the right choice for mom. We love that mom is happy and she is treated so well. The communication between the staff is excellent. If one nurse is off she doesn't miss a beat. She is always up to date with moms care. Thank you to all of the staff at Residence at Salem Woods for taking really good care of our mother. You all make our minds at ease by knowing that you treat her so well.
