Marc Tessel: Allstate Insurance

I had a claim on my son's vehicle and the website was extremely user friendly and was completed and started on with zero issues. My insurance agent Marc Tessel did a wonderful job of calling me back within an hour to check on my son's medical condition and to make sure I had everything that I needed relative to the claim filed with Allstate. Very impressed with the level of customer service and attention to detail.

Anyone who works with Marc Tessel or has worked with Marc knows he always goes the extra mile for his customers. I have my auto and home insurance through Allstate, I was closing on my new home all documents were done but my close date was moved up. It was a tight time frame and Marc had to go through some hoops to change the dates on the documents but he got everything done as he always does. It’s always a great experience working with Marc Tessel and his Allstate Agency!
