(December 16, 2021, 11:39 am)I went to this location to have a picture enlarged and laminated of my recently deceased sister for her funeral. I was emotional and probably took longer than this transaction typically requires but the print shop lady and the manager showed me nothing but kindness, patience and excellent customer service. They went above and beyond when they didn't have to. Not to mention the picture enlargement turned out beautifully.

They called me back and we’re so kind and so sincere, wanting me to get the best experience from them. They offered to reprint my invitations, and I was very grateful. Their customer service deserves 6/5 stars.
