Update: Added a unit for our business and same great customer service. The facility manager was able to get a unit close to our other one which will save us a lot of time whenever we come to the building. Way to go Extra Space Storage!

The representative was great and friendly. Very nice and up front about the prices. Made my rental easy and I wasn't there no more then 15 mins before I got a storage.
