On 9.15.22 I had a great experience with Mike at the store. He was so friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me out a lot so I told him I'd do a review and asked his name. I went on this site to do a the review and it wouldn't let me make a new one, only edit the old one I did 5 years ago. So here it is: I had the best experience! My windshield got hit by a stone and I was so upset. I stopped at Advance Auto for advice and Richard from the parts department was so awesome. He greeted me promptly and professionally and showed me the different kit choices. Then he took his time to compare the different products and benefits, and then he reviewed the prices with me. I was made to feel important just for a little thing like this. I'm so impressed. I'm highly recommending this place for everybody. It's right next to the Giant Eagle in Crafton, PA. Ask for Richard.

Excellent customer services! Employees named Charles.took the time even 10 minutes before closing to go outside in the freezing cold to run a diagnostic on my work van! Thank you Charles!

Customer service is really good I've always had no problem with the guys that work here as of being helpful they need a little more assistance with that they're not going to go out of their way type of store other than that it's a good store

I had a truck problem. A guy came out and looked and gave me his honest opinion. It saved me money. He could have sold me something I didn't need but helped me with information instead. I always come here for my truck needs. Great guys and always very helpful.
