  I dropped my car off 1 hour before they closed on Tuesday. They called me 1 hour after they opened the next day and had my car ready and fixed all issues.
  
  Nothing but professionalism. I spoke with joe over the phone and he was very helpful and I’m glad they have men and women with great customer service And knowledge working for them

  Highly recommend this location! I called to ask for an impromptu service to replace my license plates. Even though I purchased my ford at a different location, they accepted and helped me right away! Michael Simpson and Jeffrey were so kind and efficient. I will definitely return here! Thank you, guys.

  I have purchased two Ford Explorers from Fuller Ford and they have been great every time. I purchased a used 2015 Ford Explorer in 2017 and I just purchased my first brand new car, 2020 Ford Explorer. Both times they worked with me on my trades and gave me top dollar for them. Great service and the ownership there really cares about their customers. Grade A all the way. Will buy from again and again.

  Couldn't ask for a better experience. Bought a 2019 F150 Super Crew and traded in our 2012 Ford Escape. Very responsive and flexible to our need to ship the truck to Seattle, Washington. Smooth all the way through and we are excited about our new truck. Every person we interacted with was very straightforward with us and helped us find the perfect fit for our family. Fuller Ford also installed a tonneau cover and bed liner for us and they look perfect.

  Drive from Bardstown to Cincinnati to look at a used Expedition. When we arrived at Fuller, they had the truck ready for us to drive and it was exactly as they said it would be. They were even able to beat my credit union on financing. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking to buy a vehicle.
