We had three days to pick up the furniture and it was ready and wrapped when we arrived to get it. Also appreciate the rewards system they have in place and the fact that those points never expire! We will be back!

Unique negotiable buying process. Always friendly loading help too. If you can’t haul yourself, they can put you in touch with very reasonable local shippers too. Cant say enough really. Just a great experience from the start.
