The staff here is so caring to patient and family members. I can not come up with the words to express my gratitude towards each and everyone of them. These are the most caring people that I have ever came acrossed in my life. I am sorry for any families who have to go through this situation, but they sure do help get you through the process of this transaction. So for any families who do have to go through this ruff time I could not recommend a better place for them to be at. I can not give them the true rating they deserve, on here the highest number is 5, we'll they far exceed the number 5, they are off the charts for the service they provide. “Dr. Kapteyn is a very good back doctor, he helped me avoid back surgery. I had 3 herniated discs L3, L4, L5 and a pinched nerve according to my MRI. The sciatica was hell for months until I received a epidural injection from this doctor and I am not kidding when i say I am fine now. Don't do surgery without at least talking with his staff first. The UC Health Care was great in assisting me financially as well, but that was before the obamascare and I am not sure if things have changed.”
