  I guess in this review I'll start by saying I was not pressured whatsoever by the person that told me about universal windows. That was nice to begin with. The company treated me very fairly - above and beyond.
  They measured my old windows and a few weeks later they were built and installed. The crew that installed them were professional and very kind. They cleaned up every Speck of dirt and dust and washed all the windows before they left. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for new windows.

  Very detailed with all explanations during buying process. After windows were installed and I experienced a problem someone was sent out immediately to assess. He shared the problem with the owner who contacted me and came out himself. They did everything they could to make sure I was satisfied and ensured me if I were ever to experience another problem it would also be taken care of promptly.

  I had a new roof and all new windows installed by UWD. I had a few issues one of which was a mistake made by the salesman who no longer works there and the owner was very quick to come out and address the concerns. I was impressed at the speed in which they came back to fix the issues and by the fact that they did not hesitate or try to downplay the problems I saw. The quality of the windows are incredible and to my knowledge all of their prices are on par with other companies selling similar products.

  What can I say...I LOVE MY NEW WINDOWS AND DOORS!! Thank you Universal Windows Direct! My new front entry door is beautiful and the compliments just keep coming from neighbors, friends and family!
  
  Professional staff - no pressure sales, all questions answered during presentation, clean installation, friendly staff from beginning to end...sales, scheduling, installation and follow-up.
  
  Quality product - quiet and cooler / energy efficient (can no longer hear wind whistling, rain, trains, or howling coyotes), and easy to clean (I can finally clean the outside of my second story windows from inside the house)
  
  Prompt - my product arrived sooner than expected!
  
  I had an excelent experience doing business with UWD, and you will too! Highly Recommended! Definitely a 5-Star Plus business!

  Really loved the way my wife and I were treated throughout the whole process. We found out about Universal Windows Direct when we attended the Home and Garden Show in Cincinnati and we asked a few questions about their products and Rob was able to do some demonstrations on their Awesome windows and also showed us their Siding which we were very excited about. We set up an appointment with them and they came to our home and once again did a fabulous job selling their product which in my opinion sells itself once you see the product up close and personal. We went back and forth a few times discussing all the options and pricing And finally made a decision to do business and I must say we are thrilled with the outcome. We replaced all the windows, siding and doors and we are once again in
  Love with our home. Jeff and the installers were fantastic and went above and beyond our expectations during the install. They were very professional and were more than happy to answer any questions and help with any concerns my wife and I had. I would 100% recommend them and do business with them again in the future.
