(November 6, 2020, 7:39 pm)My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Fork and Pie Bakery in Newtown. Our favorite take-home treat was the Mushroom Parmesan Quiche - Excellent!
We also enjoyed the ham and cheese hand pie, blueberry muffin and apple brown sugar pie.
We will be back!!! -

(November 6, 2020, 7:32 pm)I was surprised to see this bakery with a stand on the west side of town at a harvest festival. From my experience it's worth a drive across town. The blueberry muffin is fantastic. It had a crisp outer shell with actual blueberries inside. It wasn't overly sweet like most. It was soft and crumbly inside.
