  Always the best service here! They are so friendly and helpful and always looking for the best deal for their clients. I've referred friends and family to them and they've all gotten much better rates and are very happy now. Never any issues with a claim like some companies either. When my windshield got cracked all I had to do was call safelite and give them my policy number. It was replaced right away. Check them out for yourself. I bet they save you money.

  My grandmother and I have been working with John for well over 10 years. He's been amazing, thoughtful and extremely helpful at every step of the way. When I forget to pay/miss the piece of mail and the policy is about to be cancelled, they always send me a kind text message reminder and I call right away. They really make me feel as if I'm a person and not just a number in their books when speaking on the phone. The prices are very competitive as well! Highly recommend to anybody who wants an amazing and very responsive customer service experience 🤗

  Mr. Schnitzler I cant articulate enough how lucky you are to have Jessica Banks work for your agency. I have been in the process of getting several different quotes from several different agencies for homeowners, auto insurance as well as umbrella coverage. I had the privilege as well as the pleasure talking to Jessica during this process. I talked to several agents and NO one was as professional, patient, understanding and informative as she was. I am 72 years old and this process was very stressful for me switching companies and all but her sweet, patient personality made it much less stressful She is a definite asset.   I was shopping for new insurance for homes, auto, and umbrella and recently signed on with J Schnitzler State Farm. Jessica was responsive and quick getting me quotes (not to mention very competitive with pricing), and has been readily available when I had questions. So far - so good! I feel confident going forward that I'm in good hands!

  I have been with State Farm (John) for a few years now and have never been disappointed! Recently I was in an accident and Jessica has helped me every step of the way ESPECIALLY with the gap insurance from another company! I really appreciate being able to call any time and speak to someone!!! I recommend them 100%!
