I started seeing Lindsay after suffering from daily headaches for eight months. I was on daily medication, as well as muscle relaxers and migraine medicine as needed, which was several times a week. I had tried a chiropractor which made things worse. I had little hope that things could improve, but I was amazed at how they did. In less than a month, I had no more daily tension headaches, didn’t need to take muscle relaxers and hadn’t had a migraine at all. Lindsay is AWESOME! She explained what she was doing in every session, was gentle in her muscle and joint manipulation and answered all my questions. I highly recommend her!
Stacey is a life saver! I saw her postpartum for diastasis recti and other pelvic floor issues. She is a wonderful provider - easy to talk to, understanding and non-judgmental. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who is having pelvic floor issues!
Stacey Hendricks, PT is amazing! Not sure what I would have done without her postpartum. I have shared my experience with so many moms that have had similar complaints/issues with diastasis recti & pelvic floor issues & HIGHLY recommend her. She is an incredible educator & passionate about what she does. I came to her feeling so defeated & she gave me the support & encouragement I needed (and obviously the appropriate core stabilizing exercises :). I was most surprised by how comfortable I felt working with her & how much I looked forward to our appointments. She was just what I needed! An amazing healer!
Stacey was so incredibly helpful when I dealt with pelvic floor problems postpartum. I felt absolutely lost before finding her and all of her knowledge. She makes the entire process so simple to understand and so comfortable!
