CareCore at Meadows offers skilled care, long term care, and has an all woman memory care unit. The facility was purchased by CareCore within the last two years and has made tremendous changes to improve the building itself, staffing, and quality measures. With the new ownership came a whole new management team. We strive for quality care at CareCore Meadows. We encourage any concerns or suggestions be brought to our attention so we can address them directly and provide undivided attention when needed. Our goal is to impact each life we encounter, including residents, family members, and staff. We are very proud of our residents, our team, and the improvements that have been made.
